Ordering Processing and Lead Time
Orders are processed same day if received by 3:00 p.m. CT. Any order received after such time will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Your shipment's tracking number will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on eBay.com.

We are not able to process orders outside of the US at this time.
Presently, we do not ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping within the Contiguous U.S.
We will ship all in-stock, completed orders within one business day after receipt of your request. All orders in the 48 contiguous United States, unless otherwise specified, are shipped from our facility in Smyrna, TN. We must have a physical street address for shipping, unfortunately PO Boxes are non-deliverable. When an order is submitted online, an email confirmation is immediately sent to you at the email address provided.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the invoice date listed on your eBay order, unless otherwise noted. We are not able to accept returns of used or installed items.
Returns are processed in the order in which they are received, typically within 5-7 business days. You will receive notification after the return has been processed.
If item(s) in your order arrived damaged or were damaged during delivery to you, please contact us so we can process your return appropriately.
Beck/Arnley will take responsibility for any lost or damaged parts during delivery to you.
Items being returned must be in resalable condition, unless an item is defective, and in its original packaging (including everything that was included with the item, such as mounting hardware, instruction sheets, etc.). Beck/Arnley reserves the right to inspect for proper documentation and parts to determine if a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.
You are solely responsible for checking and following the shipping and packaging requirements of the carrier used to make the return. If item(s) being returned are not defective and have a total purchase price greater than $100, we recommend you insure the shipment for the purchase price of the item(s) as we are unable to process returns of items damaged in transit back to us. Please note the cost of the insurance is not refundable.
Any item you purchased that did not qualify for free shipping does not qualify for flat-rate return shipping to Beck/Arnley. If a flat-rate return shipping label is used, the actual cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your return.
In some states, sales tax is non-refundable without a receipt or after a state-specified time-period. If your purchase was made in one of those states, the refund of any sales tax will be in accordance with applicable state law.
